Squares Bed Quilt (~74" x 88" (187cm x 223cm)
Made with a mixture of linen cotton blends, linen and cottons this gorgeous quilt has a scrappy back made, which is mainly plain cream with a line of gingham- it is one of a kind! It has a scrappy binding which was attached on the back side of the quilt with hand stitching. With a bamboo batting, the quilt is soft and drapes beautifully. I designed this pattern myself. It is machine quilted using straight tram track lines.
Approximately 7(~74" x 88" (187cm x 223cm)- sideways it fits our king size bed (as you can see in one of the photos).
As the item is handmade, please expect some imperfections. The lines aren’t straight :-) PLEASE NOTE: I have washed this quilt which has given it a beautiful crinkle but unfortunately one of the fabrics bled onto the back in patches. To me, this makes it look like a lovely aged vintage quilt but please note this when deciding whether to purchase. I have included this in the photographs- altogether there are probably 6 or 7 patches like this. It’s only on the back and not viewable on the front. The price has been adjusted accordingly.
